04/01 CTMH SOTM Blog Hop

Wow - the crazy weather around the country has all of us wondering if Spring will ever arrive??? To help celebrate this colorful time of year CTMH has a beautiful stamp set for the month of April. When I first looked at this stamp set, I immediately thought of "doodling" - a technique I learned a few years ago. So I stamped a few of the images onto my cardstock and then grabbed my black marker pen and filled in the blank areas.


I used the Miracle paper pack along with crystal blue, bamboo and sweet leaf to pull my entire design together. I hope you enjoy it!

03/14 CTMH Spotlight Blog Hop

Oh my - March the 15th - or should I say the Ides of March.... only a few of my high school students know this fact ( very sad indeed...) BUT I do know this fact and I have never forgotten it! Thanks to my high school English teacher.... :)

If you are hopping on this blog you have just arrived from Jill's site. Isn't her design great? Now take a look at my post - I hope to post this picture and I pray that I do not get into trouble... My new DIL is a very private person BUT this is the cover page for the photo album that I made for them and I wanted to share it with all of you... I hope they appreciate all of LOVE that I have put into this album....



I used the spray pen to add the accents to the Sweetheart paper pack and the title and embellishments are from the Bliss paper pack -isn't it amazing how well they coordinate?
