02/19 Week #3 - Club Scrap President's Day Challenge

This challenge was to scrap your home, home town or home state. Ok - so it was really EASY for me because I have a ton of pictures from the last 20+ years waiting for pages!

I purchased "Sure Cuts Alot" today and so now I can cut all of the fonts that coordinate with my Club Scrap kits- yahoo! My titles actually match!!

Since my husband and I are both teachers, we are off the enitre summer. We decided to behave like tourists for a week and take photos of our community. It was alot of fun!

02/10 Death by Chocolate Week!

Where? In my classroom - am I trying to eliminate the teenage population at WCHS? Oh no! I LOVE chocolate ( and especially M & M's!) so all this week I am teaching lessons on chocolate. Did I tell you that Valentine's Day is my 2nd favorite holiday? So in honor of this celebrated event, I will be featuring Valentine's Day 'treats" all week on my blog. So do check back for more.......

This is my first Valentine share. I am very proud of this photo as I used my Adobe Photoshop Elements to add the bouquet in color and the rest of the photo is in black and white!

I hope you enjoy your visual candy!

02/10 Creative Techniques Club

This Friday night is the monthly Creative Techniques Card class and you do not want to miss the Faux Denim technique! This technique is perfect for the men and teens in your life! Check out the sample using the CTMH D1227 Legendary Moments. Plus I will bring back my all time favorite stamp set - D1101 Blue Jeans. Why did they retire this stamp set??? Now I just have to find some more star buckeles!

02/03/07 Club Scrap Team Purple Challenge!

OK - so I am a few years behind! Easter 1996 - my boys were home and life was good!

Rainforest orchids display in the Monte Carlo Hotel in Las Vegas

Purple is perfect for Robbie's andLiz's trip throught the Grand Canyon!

So I joined a Club Scrap team challenge to get some of my pages done! I was drafted to Team Purple and we had to make pages with 75% of the layouts with the color- yikes - PURPLE! Why not red? black? pink? anything but purple!

So here are my entries....look for more challenges in the next few weeks to come!
