07/01 Welcome to the July SOM Blog Hop

Welcome to our Stamp of the Month Blog Hop! We will be featuring July's SOTM, which is D1351 You've Got Flair, a set of 8 stamps. If you have come here from Deb Young's Blog, you are on the right path! If this is your first stop, you may want to go back to Jena's Blog and start from the beginning!

This month we have over 40 Close To My Heart Consultants sharing their creations using this month's SOTM and other great CTMH products on their blogs. This is simple to do - just click on the link at the end of the post on each blog to move to the next one! Here we go!

I thought I would add a creative twist to this month's posting and so I designed my card with the "Bandanna Technique" from the Technique Junkies newsletter. If you are a 'technique freak' then you need to sign up for Pat's newsletter right here! The techniques are awesome and actually easy to do.

D1351 You've Got Flair!

X7113 Tinkerin' paper pack
Colors: Clover Meadow, Sunflower and Twilight
White Daisy Marker and Foam Tools

Step #1 - Collect all of your materials and start with this step first.

Step #2 - Add bandana accents with the white marker.

Now "Hop" on over to Tammy's Blog to see her work! Be sure to visit all the Consultants at their Blogs to get some great crafting ideas and other fun ideas! Remember, the July SOTM is only available until July 31st! You can purchase the stamp set and the tools on my website plus all of the other CTMH products or contact your favorite CTMH consultant.

Make sure you visit all of the blogs! Here
is the additional artwork from Jen Rubio's SOM Standing Swap.

Love the card! Your technique is awesome. I have been seeing bandanas in my mind with this set but haven't had time to play. Thanks for the inspiration and instructions.

This is a great card. I'm going to have to try this technique also.

What a great technique! Funny...I random stamped a 12" x 12" sheet with the stamps using black ink and set it aside trying to figure out how I wanted to color it...now I know!
