I told you I am sucker for anything Halloween! So I bought this frame at my favorite store...... TARGET! - but this was at the "Dollar Spot' in Target - O.K. - it was $2.50! But a few quick cut outs from the Cricut and viola! - a festive Halloween picture frame.
